Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of AI Event List (aieventlist.com), including browsing, submissions and available account and community features. Please read them before using the website or submitting content. If you do not agree, do not submit content or use account services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. An independent event directory

AI Event List helps people discover events. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the organizer, ticket seller, agent, sponsor or partner of an event or listed organization. Listing an event, displaying a logo, accepting a submission or approving content does not certify the organizer, guarantee the event or create an endorsement or commercial relationship.

2. Check event information independently

Event dates, times, timezones, venues, availability, prices, speakers, programmes, accessibility arrangements and registration conditions can change. Information may be supplied by organizers, contributors or public sources and may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect despite review. Past-event pages are historical records and are not offers of current availability.

Confirm all important details directly with the official organizer before registering, paying, travelling or making arrangements. We do not guarantee that an event will take place or meet your expectations. The organizer or relevant seller handles bookings, payment, admission, cancellations, refunds, safety and delivery of the event. Raise those issues directly with them.

3. External links, downloads and embedded services

Links, QR codes, screenshots, maps, videos, calendar exports, sharing tools and registration buttons are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party websites, their content, security, availability, privacy practices or future changes. A link is not a guarantee that a destination is genuine, safe or free of malicious content. Check the destination and its terms before entering information, downloading files or making payments.

Third-party transactions are between you and the relevant provider. A website screenshot is only a captured representation and may become outdated; it does not verify the website or grant permission to reuse its content. Calendar entries and downloaded or printed copies may not reflect later changes. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that the law requires us to retain.

4. Logos, trademarks and intellectual property

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, service marks, photographs, screenshots and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification, event information or another permitted purpose and does not imply ownership by AI Event List, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. No licence to use a third party's intellectual property is granted to visitors by its appearance here.

Attribution alone does not replace permission. Upload or capture only material you own, are authorized to use or may otherwise lawfully use. Do not remove proprietary notices or imply that another party endorses your event. AI Event List's original branding, design and original content are also protected; applicable legal exceptions remain available.

5. Event submissions and contributed content

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and permissions of what you submit, including descriptions, links, public contact details, logos, screenshots, reviews and images. You must be authorized to submit on behalf of an organizer and have the necessary permissions from rights holders and identifiable people. Do not submit misleading claims, impersonations, unlawful material, private information without authority, spam or malicious files.

You retain ownership of your content. To operate the directory, you grant AI Event List a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, copy, resize, format, moderate and display submitted content, and to distribute approved public content through directory pages, search, sharing and embeds. This permission is limited to operating and presenting the service and does not make private notebook material public. You must be entitled to grant it. Applicable privacy and deletion rights continue to apply.

6. Review, editing and publication

Submissions are subject to moderation. We may request clarification, edit formatting or details, add appropriately licensed images, reject duplicates or misleading material, or withhold publication. Submission is not a promise of approval, publication time, exposure, attendance or search-engine ranking. A free listing does not guarantee additional services or priority placement.

Published pages may retain their original addresses and remain in the event archive. Submitters may not have direct editing or removal access after submission; contact us to request a correction. Review-deletion requests may require administrator approval, subject to applicable legal rights. We may correct, restrict or remove content for reasonable editorial, security, legal or rights-related reasons. Moderation is not a guarantee that every statement is accurate or every infringement has been identified.

7. Accounts, community conduct and service access

AI Event List may recognize members for their contributions to the community. Contributor status is recognition only; it does not imply employment, partnership, professional certification, authority to represent AI Event List or endorsement. Public profiles are subject to member visibility preferences and moderation. Recognition does not guarantee rewards, payment, ranking or promotional exposure. Contribution points have no cash value and confer no ownership or administrative rights. Internal scoring, eligibility assessments and promotional planning are not public commitments. We may review recognition and eligibility for legitimate operational, moderation or security reasons, subject to applicable rights and any specific commitments already made.

Keep your account credentials confidential and provide accurate account information. Notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not access another person's account, evade restrictions, interfere with security, scrape in a way that disrupts the service, introduce malware or misuse forms and messaging. Reviews should reflect genuine, relevant experiences and must not be fabricated or used for harassment.

Account registration, submissions and other features may be enabled, paused or changed. We may restrict accounts or content for misuse, security risks or legal reasons and provide notice where appropriate or required. Service changes do not remove applicable rights relating to your personal information.

8. Advertising and opinions

Advertisements and sponsored material may promote independent providers. Their presence does not guarantee quality, suitability, safety or results. Reviews and contributor statements express their authors' opinions and do not necessarily represent AI Event List. Perform your own assessment before relying on them.

9. Availability, warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the directory is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, continuous availability of links, or fitness for a particular purpose. Reasonable maintenance, outages and third-party failures may affect the service.

To the extent permitted by law, AI Event List is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate third-party event information, organizer acts or omissions, cancellations, ticket purchases, travel arrangements, third-party websites, or unauthorized reuse of public content by others where those matters are outside our responsibility. To the same lawful extent, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or opportunity.

These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability, consumer guarantee, remedy or data-protection obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Responsibility is determined by applicable law and the circumstances, not by a claim of blanket immunity.

10. Rights complaints and corrections

If you believe a listing infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or another right, contact us with the page URL, identification of the disputed material, an explanation of your rights and your contact details. Provide enough information for us to assess your request, but do not send unnecessary sensitive documents. We may ask for reasonable evidence of authority, temporarily restrict disputed material, seek clarification or remove it as appropriate. Please make complaints honestly and accurately.

11. Disputes and general provisions

Contact us first with a clear description of a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from exercising statutory rights, contacting a regulator or seeking a remedy in a competent court. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally permitted. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive it.

12. Changes and contact

Please check these terms periodically and before making a new submission or using a new service. Changes will be made available on this page. Where notification or renewed agreement is required by law, we will provide it; changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

For questions, correction requests or rights complaints, contact AI Event List at contact@aieventlist.com or use the Contact us page and provide the relevant event or content link.
