The AI Action Summit took place in Paris on 10–11 February 2025, bringing together government leaders, international organisations, businesses, researchers and civil society to consider how artificial intelligence could serve the public good.
The summit’s five priority areas were public-interest AI, the future of work, innovation and culture, trust in AI, and global AI governance. Its associated AI Convergence initiative sought projects addressing ambitious technical and societal challenges. The two-day summit formed part of a wider week of AI-related activity in France, connecting policy discussions with scientific, cultural and business perspectives.
